Latkanich Jr. BELLE VERNON Thomas Farmer TM M. ‘ Lat 62, of Belle Vernon was called by the Lord and the angels of Heaven on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012. He was surrounded by his loving family at his home. He was born June 4,1950, in North Charleroi, a son of Thomas M. and Margaret (Yuhasz) Latkanich of Monessen. Thomas was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He had a long work Swarovski Outlet history, starting with the Boilermakers Local 154, in Pittsburgh, and was the proud owner of Slammin Sammies restaurant and bar in Belle Vernon. He had a love for drag racing and building race cars, especially his 70 Chevelle. He enjoyed being with his family and most importantly the lights of his life, his grandsons, Mikey and Marcus. He is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Joanne (Baron) Latkanich of Belle Vernon; his mother, Margaret (Yuhaz) Latkanich of Monessen; his daughter, Rochelle Latkanich of Belle Vernon; his sons, Thomas Michael Latkanich III and wife, Jenifer, of Belle Vernon, and Michael Latkanich and wife, Lisa, of Belle Vernon; his grandsons, Mathew Latkanich of Virginia, Michael and Marcus Latkanich of Belle Vernon and Scotty Chioc chio of Belle Vernon; and his granddogs, Buddy and Bailey Latkanich of Belle Vernon. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Michael Latkanich Sr.; uncle, Douglas Paul Latkanich; grandparents, Michael and Sophia Latkanich and George and Susan Yuhaz; and mother and father in law, Putty and Jean Baron. on Tuesday in the ROBERT A. Anderson, 74, of Speers, died Monday, Oct. 15,2012, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born Dec. 26, 1937, in North Charleroi, a son of the late Fred and Esther Irey Anderson. Ken graduated from Charleroi High School, with the Class of 1955. He retired in 1997 from the Columbia Gas Co. He was a member of the F and AM Tri County Lodge No. 0252 in Donora and was a past master of the F and AM Lodge in Fayette City. Ken was also a member of the Ancient Accepted Scot tish Rite, Council Chapter Consistory, Valley of Pittsburgh and the Valley of Uniontown Lodge. He was a former member of the Jay TMs Golf League and the Charleroi Lions Club. Surviving is his wife, Donna Crabb Anderson; his son, Kenneth C. Deems Dennis, 79, of Monongahela, died Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012, in Monongahela Valley Hospital emergency department. She was born Oct. 31,1932, in Bentleyville, a daughter of the late John Nelson and Sarah Margaret Deems. Mrs. Dennis was a 1950 graduate of California High School. For many years she was a nurse TMs aid for HRS Health Care and was a foster parent and caregiver until her retirement in 2003. Mrs. Dennis was a lifelong member of the Grace United Methodist Church.
