Molle Pack Assembly Instructions
The main ruck comes fully attached to the frame, and assembly is required for adding external components such as magazine pouches, hydration bladder, waist pack or butt pack. The pack must also be tightened to fit personal torso length and waist size.
Attach the waist pack to the waist belt of the FLC vest with the clips provided. Line the clips up on the back of the waist pack with the loopholes on the waist belt. Buckle the clips down and fasten the belt into the loops on the side of the FLC waist belt. Ensure that you fully cinch down the tightening belt. Put on the FLC and adjust the torso length by position Swarovski Outlet ing the belt just above the hip bones. Tighten or loosen the suspension straps on the back and front of the FLC shoulder harness until the vest has a snug fit Swarovski Outlet on the body.
Attach the main ruck to the back of the FLC. Small straps are located on e Swarovski Outlet ither side of the pack frame, and these line up with loop holes on the back of the FLC vest. Attach all the straps on both sides of the pack frame to the back of the FLC vest. Buckle them down securely.
Attach any other gear pouches to the front of the FLC vest. Strap loop holes are present on the front of the FLC that can accommodate magazine or grenade pouches, medical equipment or heavy ammunition pouches. Select the pouches that you will need to use and attach them by inserting the strap into the loop holes on the vest and cinching them down securely.
Fill the hydration bladder and slide it into the designated sleeve within the main ruck. Run the hydration tube out through the opening at the top center of the pack, then secure the tube by placing the Velcro tube strap located on the shoulder harness over the tube and into position.
